INGREDIENTS
Tomato - 1 small
Yellow moong dal - 2 tbsp
Spinach leaves - few
Carrot - med pc
Bottle gourd - med pc
Ginger - as per flavour
METHOD
1. Pressure cook small tomato, 1 tbsp yellow moong dal, few spinach leaves, carrot, bottle gourd, ginger, very little salt.
2. Grind in a mixer.
3. Serve hot garnish with coriander leaves.
4. Add lemon juice for flavour.
