INGREDIENTS
Spinach- ½ bunch
Tomatoes- 3 med
Onion - 1med
Carrot - 1med
Beetroot - ¼ cup
Capsicum - 1
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
METHOD
1. Cook all the veg in pressure cooker.
2. Blend and strain from a soup strainer.
3. Dilute this puree, as per your choice of consistency.
4. Add salt and pepper to taste.
