1. Heat a kadhai, add dry roasted garlic, onion and sprouted moong dal and beans.
2. Now add tomato sauce, salt and soaked soya granules.
3. Add white pepper powder, coriander leaves and mix.
4. Place this filling on the steamed cabbage leaves and roll.
