Salt- 2 tbsp
Turmeric- a pinch
Red chilli- 1 tsp
Sugar- ½ kg
Ajwain- 1 tsp
Black pepper crushed
1. Soak juicy lemons in water for 1-2 hrs. Wash and dry them with a cloth.
2. Cut into 4-8pcs. Expose the lemons to the sun so that it is completely dried.
3. Then mix the lemons with all the spices and store it in a jar.
