White Sauce



Low fat milk- 1 cup

Medium sized potato- 1






1.     Grate boiled potato and mix it with milk.

2.     Blend it with salt and pepper till mixture is smooth in texture.

3.     Pour it into thick bottom pan and constantly keep stirring on a low fire till mixture gets pouring sauce consistency.

4.     Add salt and pepper to taste.

5.     Cool it and use for variety of preparations.
