French Beans



3/4 cup-Chopped beans

1 tbsp -Dal mix (urad, moong,chana) together soaked 

Few -Curry leaves 

1/4 tsp-Ginger paste 

1/2 cup -Chopped onion 

1 tsp- oil

Little hing





1.  Heat oil and put rai, hing and soaked dal.

2.  When dal changes colour add onion,curry leaves and ginger.

3.  Add ready beans, salt and sprinkle water.

4.  Cover till done.

5.   Off the gas and garnish with lime juice and coriander.
