Brinjals – 3 to 4 small
Chopped onion – 1
Med tomato puree – 2 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste – 1tsp
Red chilli powder- ½ tsp
Garam masala – 1 tsp
Dhaniajeera powder- 1 ½ tsp
Salt to taste
1. Mix all the masala together and stuff it into cut brinjal.
2. Heat oil and add ready brinjals in it.
3. Sauté and cook in the microwave on high power for 10 to 12 mins.
4. You can also pressure cook it for 3mins after 2 whistles (if you wish you can sauté onion and tomato puree and ginger garlic paste in oil and then stuff it.)
