Healthy Frankie

INGREDIENTS

 

2 Whole wheat spiced rotis             

1 med sized Onion - sliced

1/2 med sized Capsicum - sliced

1tsp Olive oil      

2tbsp of chicken / mushroom / homemade paneer / soya nuggets / 2 egg whites 

Frankie Masala to taste

Pepper powder to taste

Salt to taste

1 tsp vinegar

1 tsp soya sauce

1 tsp schezwan sauce

1 tsp tomato ketchup

1/2 tsp green chillies finely chopped optional 

 

METHOD

 

1.     Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add sliced onions, green capsicum and salt, sautee lightly till soft.

2.     Add boiled flaked chicken / steamed mushroom / homemade paneer / soaked soya to the mixture . egg white omlette

3.     Now add soya sauce, tomato ketchup and pepper powder to taste and mix well until cooked.

4.     Place your chapati, apply schexwan sauce evenly, add the filling in the centre 

5.     Sprinkle some vinegar and frankie masala as per taste , green chillies optional.

6.     Roll , cut diagonally and serve hot with your favourite sauce or chutney.
