1 small watermelon
300gm fresh raspberries
1 orange, sliced
20 mint leaves
20 ice cubes
1. Cut the watermelon in half, then cut in to wedges and remove the skin.
2. Place in a blender with the raspberries and blend until liquified.
3. Strain the mixture through a sieve over a bowl.Pour in to a jug or punch bowl and add the orange slices , mint, and ice cubes.
4. Add the extra raspberries and serve immediately.
