Healthy Bhel Puri



4 cups puffed rice (kurmura)

1/2 cup chopped onions

1/2 cup boiled potatoes, chopped

1/2 cup moong sprouts

4 tbsp Green Chutney

1 tsp black salt

1/2 tbsp lemon juice

salt to taste

2 tbsp tomato hot n sweet tomato sauce

For the garnish

2 small diet  khakra crushed

1 tbsp finely chopped raw mango (optional)

2 tbsp chopped coriander (dhania)




1.     Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl and toss gently till all the ingredients are well mixed.

2.     Garnish with finely chopped coriander and serve instantly.
