There are so many ways to get thin , starving yourself, overexercising etc. I have tried them all.Clearly they didn’t work. I needed some encouragement and strictness. Thankyou Tripti for being there, especially in the back of my head when I looked at that chocolate cake.... You changed my life and upped my confidence to so many levels.
I loved Tripti’s diet plan, I could lose my weight without any tension. She is very polite and humble. I am very happy with her diet and I benfitted a lot .Thank you so much.
